within 7 days of ship date of merchandise that the defect, damage or error exits. If you find you must return an item for

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Water mattresses are shipped vacuum packed.
This vacuum must be intact, with no water having been put in mattress. All returns must be in original package unused.
We will not issue credit for used merchandise.
A 20% handling fee will be charged on all returned items to cover our cost of reboxing, restocking and paperwork.

Padded Rails are custom made to your choice of color, style and size.
Therefore NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES allowed on padded rails.
Custom made items
The customer will pay all to and from shipping charges. If for some reason you wish
to return any merchandise within the specified time then you will be responsible for the original shipping costs incurred to
ship the product to you. This charge will be deducted even if free shipping was marked on your order. We can only pay for
your shipping only if you keep your order. We do not pick up any products in the event of a return. You will be responsible to ship all
unused merchandise in the original boxes within the time frame allowed.
Any shipments refused upon attempted delivery will be subject to the same terms and conditions as a returned shipment.
Please be sure to purchase tracking when you send your product back. You will be responsible in the event of a lost package.
For this reason we ask that you send package back to us by UPS or FEDEX. If you elect to use the post office, you must purchase
delivery confirmation. Purchase enough insurance to cover the value of your return.
In no event shall creativebedrooms.com be liable to you (purchaser) or any other party for direct, indirect
or consequential damages.
Warranties on the products
creativebedrooms.com sells are manufacturers warranties
only, not store warranties. Although on rare occasion that you encounter a defect in the product we have sold you, we will try
to assist you in handling the factory warranty procedure. Please keep your original receipt for proof of purchase of a particular
item. Warranties cannot be handled without it. Credit card receipt is not adequate. It is not our responsibility to locate
copies of your receipt.
If the item is a mattress, defects are generally seam, corner, or valve leaks. Leaks in the body of the mattress are considered
accidental punctures and can be repaired with a patch kit (this is not covered under the warranty). If you experience a leak
in the mattress, it will be necessary for you to locate the source of the leak. Once located, if you suspect the leak to be
defect, you will need to contact the manufacturer. You can contact us to help you through the manufacturer return procedure.
Please read your warranty papers that accompanied your merchandise for more details.
No refunds will be issued for bedding damaged due to improper laundering or handling.
All returned items will be inspected by the manufacturer service department to determine the existence of a defect. The manufacturer
reserves the option to replace, repair, or deny return. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. However, due to unexpected increases, our published prices are subject to
change. We will always notify you of any increases prior to shipment.
Shipments are made via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FEDEX), Postal Mail Service (USPO) and commercial trucking
companies. UPS Next Day and Second Day service is available just email us for a quote.
creative bedrooms offers FREE SHIPPING and HANDLING to the lower 48 states.
FREE SHIPPING does not include Wooden
Furniture and/or any purchase that requires a commercial freight trucking company to deliver the order. Please email us for a freight quote for the above items.
Softsides, Adjustable Air Beds, Futon Furniture, Futon Mattresses and Wooden Furniture are shipped via commercial freight
trucking companies. Delivery is usually less than 7-10 working days. Once your order is shipped

you the freight company’s tracking number and phone number so you will know when and what time your order will arrive. If your
order is received with any damage do not refuse the shipment just make a notation about the damage on the freight bill before signing.
Then contact creative
bedrooms customer service about the damage so we can send you a replacement
immediately. Be sure to be home on the scheduled delivery day or you may incur a redelivery charge. Trucking company’s will
not deliver merchandise inside your home or apartment unless you pay an extra inside delivery charge. Truck drivers are
required to provide assistance. Please have the necessary assistance available.
