ITEMS WITHOUT A CONDITION OR UNMARKED ARE CONSIDERED “OPEN BOX”. WE ONLY CLASSIFY ITEMS THAT ARE NEW, SEALED, OR DAMAGED.

BEFORE final day of pick-up. You must include your bidder # and item lots you won. We will hold for a $5 fee for one additional week. Otherwise, you must pick-up items on the scheduled days. Items not claimed or requested for holds will be forfeited.

You must pay for winning items within 48 hours of the auction end. Items not paid for within 48 hours are subject to forfeit and no-show status.

We offer a 48 hour guarantee on all items, unless listed as damaged. If the item does not function or is missing parts, you can return for a full refund, within 5 days of your pick-up day. You must email

cmatisko@qscrate.com within that 5 day window to make your claim. After that window, no refund is allowed.

Please note our item condition explanations:

• Factory Sealed – Item is new in box, never used, original product in the original box. Being new, we have not checked contents for function or damage. Full refund eligible within 48 hours.

• Appears New – Item appears to be in new condition, not used. Item may or may not be in original box. Item should work as expected. We inspect that it is not pre-owned and complete. Box may be damaged, but contents are functional. Full refund eligible within 48 hours.

• Open Box – Items could be in various levels of condition under “Open Box”. You may inspect prior to bidding to verify condition. Items are not tested for full functionality. Items are generally still new but may be opened and returned to a retailer. Hardware may be incomplete. Sold as-is. No returns allowed on Open Box items.

• Open Box Powers On – Same condition as open box, but we have verified that the item does power on. Unknown if item works completely. No returns allowed on Open Box Powers On.

• Used – Good Condition – Identified as previously owned, while may have been returned. However, the condition is good, clean and functional. No returns allowed on Used labeled items.

• Damaged – see photos. Item may be new, but have known damage. Damage is always photographed for your review prior to bidding. Could be scratch/dent only, could be as-is and not functional. No returns allowed on damage labeled items.

A $1 handling fee per item has been added to all auction items.

***IMPORTANT*** We are not responsible for wrong or mistaken bidding. Please ensure you read descriptions thoroughly and look at all photos. We use factory and/or stock photos for representation purposes only. We try to describe items the best we can, but we may not find exact matches. Please review photos carefully or inspect items before bidding.

Handling Surcharge: An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction as an offset due to elevated freight and processing costs.

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Auction-specific terms and conditions for this affiliate are as follows.

Inspection: This auction does not offer scheduled inspection dates.

Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment onsite is accepted at this location in the form of cash, certified check, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. Pick up times for your items, will need to take place according to our open hours listed on your invoice page. All payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to

be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be

removed from an invoice once they are added. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above time frame, you forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.

Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. If you feel you have won an item and you have not received an email or the invoice is not shown on your dashboard, contact the

Equip-Bid office by 9:00 am the morning following the close of the auction.

Refunds:If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund. No other refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty. All refunds must be requested within 48 hours of pick-up. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase with Qs Crates, contact us at 440-523-0068. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Liability:Qs Crates‘s liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder’s purchase price.

Limitations:The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
